Note: When selecting A, B, and F for "communication", "switch quantity" cannot be selected as E or F.② When selecting C, D, E, H, 1, and M for "Communication", only N can be selected for "Analog". When selecting PROFINET module (dual network port), only 4DI0DO or N can be selected for "Switch", and there is no limit for single network port.③ When selecting N for "communication" and E or F for "switch quantity", only N can be selected for "analog quantity".

Main functions

UNI800(2016)

It mainly has the function of collecting and transmitting weight data, realizing high-speed communication with the upper computer/PLC, and can provide four types of limit comparison signals: high high limit, high limit, low limit, and low low limit.


UNI800C(2016)

It mainly has the function of single/multiple material batching control, which can achieve the sequential cumulative batching of 1-4 materials, each with its own fast and slow addition control process, and has automatic peeling, out of tolerance detection, and automatic correction of drop height.


Application field

Suitable for various weighing type material levels, hopper scales, crane scales, hanging scales, tensile and compressive testing machines, and other applications of resistance strain type weighing sensors. Widely used in process weighing in industries such as grain, light industry, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, non-ferrous metals, energy, and machinery.
