Recently, LONGTEC received another thank-you letter from Nantong Di'aisheng Color Co., Ltd., which highly praised LONGTEC's outstanding performance and professional services in the "A, B, C Workshop Automation System and Plant Energy Monitoring System Project".
The project was officially signed in 2024, and after multiple rounds of customer inspections and strict screening, LONGTEC stood out among many competitors with solid technical solutions, rich industry practical experience, and reliable service system.
Since the start of the project, the project team has demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility and execution, actively working overtime to tackle challenges, sacrificing the Spring Festival holiday, and completing all tasks with high quality. Faced with the pressure of further time compression and frequent demand adjustments, the LONGTEC team responded quickly, re planned tasks, optimized resource allocation, and worked day and night to promote system configuration and debugging, ultimately ensuring the smooth completion of the project.
This project is a key project for Di Aisheng to optimize production processes, enhance intelligent operations, and achieve refined energy consumption management. It covers automatic control systems for Class A, B, C, and C workshops and tank areas, as well as water, electricity, and gas energy monitoring systems in the factory area, achieving full process digital control from signal acquisition, linkage control to production management and energy efficiency analysis.

Realize integrated production of manufacturing process management, production control, and quality monitoring. The control system combines the production process and requirements of colorants to achieve process control while also providing operational flexibility. It collects, processes, stores, utilizes, and manages data in various stages of production management.

Energy monitoring system
The system consists of five core functional modules:
1. Equipment monitoring supports real-time/historical data viewing, distribution monitoring diagram configuration, and equipmentutilization rateStatistics;
2. Energy consumption units can analyze energy consumption from multiple dimensions, calculate the energy consumption of Class A/B/C products, and generate energy efficiency evaluations and optimization suggestions;
3. The alarm center covers over limit, offline, equipment and demand alarms to achieve risk warning;
4. The report service supports exporting devices, energy consumption units, and custom reports;
5. System management can configure homepage, permissions, and device parameters.
The system collects data parameters in real-time, analyzes energy consumption data, provides data basis for process energy conservation, and assists in digital energy control.
The successful implementation of this project has not only won high recognition from Nantong DiAisheng, but also received high praise from its Japanese headquarters. The other party fully affirmed the technical strength and execution quality of the LONGTEC project team, and expressed their expectation to continue deepening cooperation in the future to jointly promote more innovative applications in the fields of automation and digitization. In addition, the fully automatic filling line project previously provided by LONGTEC for Di Aisheng has been efficiently put into operation and received high praise from customers, further consolidating the deep cooperation foundation between the two parties in the fields of intelligence and automation.
