It is reported that after the implementation of this award-winning project, the daily production capacity of modified asphalt at Xinyue Jiafu Asphalt Production Base has increased from 1500 tons to 1800 tons, and the production capacity of emulsified asphalt has increased from 300 tons to 500 tons, both with an increase of over 20%. With the help of AI self-learning control technology, comprehensive energy consumption can be reduced by 5%, production unit energy consumption can be reduced by 10%, and the first pass rate of products can be increased from 92% to 98% while maintaining 100% factory qualification. While greatly improving production efficiency, feeding accuracy, and product quality, the system is equipped with an automatic alarm protection function for overpressure and over position, effectively enhancing safety production assurance.

At present, the project has formed an independent intellectual property system: it has obtained 2 invention patents, 3 national utility model patents, 4 software copyrights, and published 1 core paper. The research and development achievements have been transformed and applied in key projects such as the Shenzhen Zhongshan Expressway and the expansion of the Shenzhen Shantou West Expressway. Six scientific research projects, including the research and development of low-carbon and environmentally friendly composite modified asphalt products, have been incubated simultaneously, providing technical support for the intelligent transformation of the industry.
