On August 22nd, with the smooth production of the 8th batch of adhesive products, all indicators were fully qualified after inspection, marking the successful completion of the key construction project of Beijing Chemical Group - Huateng New Materials Co., Ltd. Guangdong Guowang 20000 tons/year polyurethane adhesive material automation production construction project (hereinafter referred to as the "Exit the City and Enter the Park Project"), which has connected various production processes and completed a one-time trial run!

As of the 22nd, the "Exit the City and Enter the Park Project" has completed the production of 5 batches of over 50 tons of polyester semi-finished products and 8 batches of about 70 tons of adhesive finished products through trial runs. All finished products have passed quality inspection, confirming that the production line operates accurately and reliably, the output product indicators are controllable, and all safety and environmental protection standards are met. Recently, the project testing team is completing the production and validation of all product categories according to the established plan.

On August 8th, with strong support from the local government and approval from both the group and Huateng New Materials Company, the "Exit the City and Enter the Park Project" began trial production. Various professional teams on site quickly entered their designated positions to start production according to the trial plan.

From liquid raw material feeding to finished product production and automatic filling, each process step is strictly implemented in a tight and orderly manner according to the operation instructions. After the hard work of the cadres and staff of the "Exit the City and Enter the Park Project" day and night, the first batch of polyester semi-finished products was produced on August 11th, with qualified indicators and significantly better appearance color than the products produced by the original production equipment; On August 15th, the key subsystems of the adhesive process section were validated through implementation; On August 17th, the adhesive finished product process was successfully completed, creating conditions for the production of qualified products on August 22nd.

In this feeding test, the on-site team of Guangdong Guowang Company worked tirelessly for 10 days and nights, overcoming multiple unfavorable factors such as high temperature and thunderstorms, and carrying forward the professional spirit of the group's "seriousness, dedication, and first-class". They were determined to work hard, overcome difficulties, and ultimately achieved a successful feeding test.

The Guangdong Guowang "Urban Retreat and Park Entry Project" is one of the 18 key tasks of Beijing Chemical Group in 2024 and is the "No.1 Project" of Huateng New Materials. The project officially started construction on July 28, 2022, and comprehensive equipment installation will begin in October 2023.
