Whole line process:
Automatic bottle sorting → automatic filling → automatic cap sorting → automatic cap rotation → automatic cap inspection → bottle body and cap labeling → label detection and removal → empty carton → automatic unpacking → automatic packing → automatic sealing → automatic carton labeling → label/weight detection and removal → empty tray → automatic palletizing
Project features:
● The packaging speed of the entire production line is: 0.5L/1L, 700 cans per hour, 2L, 500 cans per hour;
● 1000 bottles per hour for bottle sorting machine;
● Automatic bottle positioning and labeling machine with precise positioning, high-speed labeling, anti-static design, 1000 bottles/hour;
● Automatic flexible filling system, compatible with 0.5L1L2L bottle types, one click switching filling, automatic cycle cleaning;
● Automatic capping machine for neat capping, 1000 caps/hour, adjustable frequency;
● Automatic positioning capping system, precise capping, 1000 bottles/hour;
● The automatic unboxing machine can cache 100 cardboard boxes and is compatible with different sizes;
● The automatic gantry palletizer has a small footprint, safety interlock, and 14 boxes per minute.
